How does the human voice review work?
After every speaking session your voice logs (max. weekly) can be reviewed by a real Dutch teacher. You’ll get personal feedback on pronunciation, intonation and word choice — the things AI can’t catch yet. That’s what makes you sound native.
Do I really get a direct line to Jaimie?

Are 1-on-1 conversation calls included?
No — 1-on-1 conversation calls with Jaimie or a Dutch teacher are charged separately. Fluency members get priority booking and a discounted rate, but the calls themselves are billed extra. The package focuses on async coaching (WhatsApp + voice review) which scales better.
Who is Fluency best suited for?
For people who work, live or want to integrate in the Netherlands and have no time for half-hearted progress. Level B1 → C1+. If you don’t just want to “speak” Dutch but want to live it, this is your package.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes — from your dashboard, no questions, no fees. Downgrade to Intermediate or Survival anytime. Or cancel completely. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
